1 Organic Sweet Potato
1 Organic Free Range Egg
1/2 Avocado
Pinch Salt and a Pepper
Generous Amount of Ceylon Cinnamon
Directions
- Start cooking your sweet potato, just stick it in the over with holes in it for like 40-50 mins depending on the size. Or have one already made up from the day before and just remove from refrigerator 😉
- Cook your Egg however you like with a little salt and pepper
- Smash your avocado and add a little salt and pepper
- When sweet potato is done remove from oven, mash up and top with cinnamon
Pretty easy, you can’t really mess up this recipe. And your getting all 3 macros, Egg = protein, Sweet Potato = Carb, and Avocado = Fat.
Plus the blood stabilizing abilities of cinnamon to make sure you don’t get a blood sugar spike from that starchy, carby sweet potato.
