Shamrock Sardine Greens

By now everyone loves zucchini noodles, but this St.Patricks Day bring out your inner artist and arrange them in the shape of  a Four Leaf Clover to amaze your guests or Insta followers!



1 Can Wild Planet Sardines

2 Cups Zucchini Noodles

1 Tsp Coconut Oil for Cooking

1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil 

1/4 Cup Cubbed Kite Hill Almond Cheese

Hand Full of Cherry Tomatoes

1 Tbsp Dried Oregano

1 Tbsp Dried Basil

Sprinkle of Fresh Basil

Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Sauté tomatoes in a little coconut oil with spices till they soften, about 3 minutes, then add in zucchini noodles for about 2 minutes, just to warm them up.
  2. Remove from heat and add “cheese”
  3. Artistically arrange to shape of 4 leaf clover, add sardines and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Serve to amazed guests
